Privacy Policy
Last updated August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Swooper (“Swooper,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using swooperhq.com, the Swooper desktop app, the Swooper iOS app, or our Discord, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request access or sign up, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
- Account & license data. When you use the app, we store a license record, a device identifier, and your subscription status so the software can verify access.
- Usage & diagnostics. The app records activity logs (for example, which stores you armed and whether a run succeeded) and basic diagnostics to operate and improve the service.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our platform provider, Whop. We do not collect or store your card number. Whop shares limited transaction and membership status with us so we can grant access.
How we use your information
- To provide the service — deliver alerts, verify your license, and run the features you enable.
- To contact you about your access, invites, updates, and support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the product.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Swooper, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Whop — payments and membership.
- Supabase — database and backend hosting.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security.
- Discord — community and alert channels (governed by Discord’s own policies).
- Captcha-solving providers — only when you use features that require them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies
We use privacy-focused website analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it; these set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the site. Some embedded services (Whop, Discord) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and operational needs.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@swooperhq.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Deleting your data may end your ability to use the service.
Children
Swooper is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we’ll notify you.
