Usage & methodology
The fine print (it's short).
- Data license. All published restock data is CC BY 4.0 — free to quote, chart, or republish with attribution to Swooper and a link to swooperhq.com/restock-data.
- How it's collected. Swooper's monitors watch retailer product pages continuously and log every flip from out-of-stock to purchasable, timestamped and converted to US Eastern. Full methodology is on every data page.
- What it isn't. Online inventory flips only — not in-store stocking, and not the retailer's full catalogue.
- Independence. Swooper is an independent tool, not affiliated with Pokémon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, or any retailer.
